TE IDENTIFICAS SAPI DE CV "TU IDENTIDAD" is a company committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of its users in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, as well as the highest national and international standards and guidelines regarding data protection. In compliance with the foregoing, we provide you with the following Privacy Notice:

• Identity verification, whether within the framework of a service provision contract entered into with a third party or directly with you, the data subject.

• We inform you that, in order to authenticate you, we may consult the INE database as part of the Query Service provided by the INE. Furthermore, neither your data nor the queries will be marketed or resold to third parties.

“YOUR IDENTITY” does not carry out transfers of Personal Data, except those provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
In particular, the numerals:
I. the transfer is provided for in a law or treaty to which Mexico is a party; and
IV. When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the owner, by the controller and a third party.
Under the terms permitted by applicable regulations, you may access, rectify, and delete your personal data, object to the processing of such data, and revoke at any time any consent you may have given us, by sending an email to: avisodeprivacidad@tuidentidad.com
Your application must contain
• Full name
• Simple or digital copy of official identification to prove identity (INE or passport)
• Representation: If you are acting on behalf of a minor, you must present a birth certificate or official document proving the legal status of the parent or guardian; if you are acting on behalf of a third party of legal age, you must attach a power of attorney proving your authority to act on their behalf.
• Brief description of what you are requesting, whether it be access to your data, rectification or deletion of your data, opposition to processing or some purposes of the processing, or revocation of consent.
• To correct your name or address, attach a copy of proof if it is different from the official identification presented to prove your identity.
The response period will be 20 business days based on the official calendar published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
The response to your request will be sent through the same means by which it was received, that is, via email.
If you do not receive a response from us or if it is unsatisfactory, you have 15 business days to contact the INAI and request that a rights protection procedure be initiated.
You may limit the use and disclosure of your personal data or object to the processing of such data for secondary purposes by sending an email to: avisodeprivacidad@tuidentidad.com
